Politically untested?
I’m old enough to remember when MEN running for US president were always famous politicians on the national level before ascending to the presidency. They wrote books, had famous legislation presented and passed in their name, were nationally noisy and nationally well known. AOC is mostly a northeastern US political celebrity. She has not been tested under political pressure that would threaten her safe candidacy.

Mediterranean climates can be found in Europe, Africa, Australia, the Middle East, California and Chile. Americans drink wine mostly produced in America, not imported. The US also grows a lot of olives.

Trump didn’t run against Obama. Obama would have mopped the floor with Trump if he had been allowed to be the Democratic candidate instead of Hillary Clinton. Hillary lost only because she is a poor campaigner who ignored the swing states and appealed too heavily to feminist ideology.
Trump didn’t win the popular vote by a landslide. It was close.

You’re missing the fact that Trump has done a LOT of damage to the country since he was elected. I think many of those ICE raids terrified the voters.
Both Hillary and Kamala were unenthusiastic campaigners, depending on democrats to anoint to victory. AOC isn’t very popular outside of the northeast, and she doesn’t appear fiery enough to excite those who don’t know her.
Democratic voters don’t want to waste their votes on another unelectable female presidential candidate.
