Only 1, maybe 2

Good luck, I have 7 backup character concepts at all times
It’s a spindown die for mid to high level boss monster HP

There’s 31 gray dots and 33 gray names listed. How am I supposed to pick the right gray‽
Since it says “full human” I like to think the rest are like half-human or something, so they all technically have that in common, even if their other halves are all different
I guess their assumption is anything cast right away will have Legendary Resistance used if the save is failed and the spell is sufficiently debilitating, so better to use Polymorph since it’s lower level but strong enough to warrant using LR.

That and the changing every in-game hour. I’m rarely tracking time down to the hour, so it would either slow things down if they try to make any kind of scene out of it, or we’re just going to gloss over multiple changes, potentially making the whole thing moot. Then you get into a dungeon and someone might be locked out of “their” character for a large chunk of playtime.
Tracking who controlled for longer to determine the next level up sounds pretty tedious too, but I guess that would be the players’ problem to sort out, not the DM’s. I would worry that it may be an unforeseen detriment to their enjoyment though.
“You cast feather fall, and now instead of falling leaves, multicolored feathers fall from the trees and litter the ground. You each take 1d8 psychic damage from this unexpected turn of events”

Other excuses in this vein:
Same but also INT and hidden luck stat
Not every game has Wisdom saves either, I’m just going off what’s in the meme. If you have an ability that can influence the outcome of your rolls, you should be able to see your rolls to use your ability as designed, assuming it’s a roll that you should normally be privy to the result of and not the DM changing things as shown in the meme.
If a player is abusing knowledge of their rolls somehow, the solution isn’t to fuck with game mechanics for everyone at the table, it’s to talk with that person until you can either get on the same page, or not play together.
While this is true, there are also aspects of game play that blind rolls would interfere with, such as Heroic Inspiration or the Lucky feat, where you should be able to see what was rolled in order to use them as designed.
The group I’m playing with now we’re using 5.5. Anyone still playing Adventurer’s League doesn’t have a choice, 5.5 is mandatory there.
Unless your DM is a stickler for the updated 2024 rules, then in that case it can’t, because they changed Twinned Spell to require that the spell let you target additional creatures when cast at higher levels, which Suggestion does not.
Someone found the middle ground between the extremes
Somewhat similarly, as a character with a good variety of options available in combat, I worry somewhat about the Ranger and Warlock I play with whose turns are pretty much always “I shoot the [x]”, but everyone seems to be having a good time so I guess combat gameplay isn’t really their bag, idk.
Thought it said “running the planet” which uh, would still track with “ruining the planet”
And the DM immediately shuts that down by telling you that a horse or other creature doesn’t have the appropriate anatomy to be a mount for a centaur
