I think a functioning state, not the US, would assign you some sort of work. I don’t know your exact situation, but it sounds like you’re capable enough. Based on what you’re saying in this one comment at least. I’m not going to pry for details, but it’s possible that something is preventing you from completing tasks. I think whatever it is can be worked around though. Should be able to find you some way of contributing at a pace you can handle.

For the most part the ability to take out your opponents by crashing into them has defined the series. Paradise is the only open-world Burnout game. You’d probably like the Forza Horizon games if you’ve never played those. Not much destruction, but plenty of open world arcade racing shenanigans.
I didn’t feel like the open world worked very well for that series. There was Burnout Revenge as well though.
We didn’t want you here anyway.
All good comrade. We’re on the same page now for sure.
I’ll have to re-read that last chapter I guess. I never really cared for the epilogue anyway. It seemed like bad fan fiction compared to the rest of the series. For the most part the core part of the books aren’t that bad. I agree that it’s not really that deep though. It’s fiction for babies. I just get annoyed with the circlejerk of people piling on it 15 years after the fact. Almost as bad as the people who are still completely obsessed with it. Just let people live lol.
That’s one interpretation I guess. Even if it was unintentional by Rowling, I thought it was a perfect example of how neoliberalism sets the stage for a fascist takeover. People who shit on the books just come across as contrarians to me. Must hate popular thing so people know how enlightened I am.
Wasn’t the Ministry of Magic a neoliberal hellscape even before Voldemort took over? That’s not even subtext that’s explicitly spelled out with characters like Fudge and Umbridge. Obviously Rowling’s personal politics suck ass but the HP books aren’t that bad.
The DNC and their billionaire donors care though. That’s really who our elected officials work for.
How would you even do this? It would take forever. Is there like a blocklist you can import?
You usually don’t get the bill until months later. But yeah it’s not great.
I always read it as companies who were responsible for offshoring labor. I might be too generous though.
Isn’t Snoop Dog going to be there too?
Has everyone forgot about New Orleans already? Man that was quick.

Now I see what you mean. My bad.
