I’m absolutely referring to everyone, particularly the US and Israel. That’s why I said it.

They very likely have nukes there, but if there are they aren’t under their own control. The US has to approve the launch, or flat out holds the controls.

I flat out do not think Iran should have nukes and violence is justified to stop them. I think it’s simply wise.

Israel is the only one is a position to stop them. That that is a huge reason the US and the West cannot shake their support of them.
