5·1 year agoThat’s the thing with fascism. They believe it’s never going to come after them until it is coming after them. Tucker must see some writing on the wall.

29·1 year agoNot January 6th for sure. Not Minnesota assassinations for sure. /s
Conservatism is truly a mental disease. Republicans always projected that liberalism was a mental disease when it was them all along.

44·1 year agoThey didn’t care about extra security when the Minnesota murders happened. Evil fucks.
That Kirk was killed in front of a crowd was for the best, unfortunately. His artery was severed, and he bled out on stage. His death cannot be discarded as an abstraction. He was shot dead in front of a crowd, and it was recorded.

63·2 years agoHe did the absolute reverse of saving. He destroyed and cost the US TRILLIONS of dollars. The IRS alone will not collect an additional +$500 billion in revenue this year and every year going forward. Over ten years, that’s $5 trillion in extra uncollected revenue, and I’m sure this is a conservative estimate.

1·2 years agoIt can be pardoned too. Congress is the only entity that can stop this bullshit but it won’t.
On top of all the other bullshit that they are, the tarrifs are a massive grift.
Commerce Secretary Lutnick has an investment bank that is betting against the Tarrifs and expects to make big money when they are struck down in court.
https://www.wired.com/story/cantor-fitzgerald-trump-tariff-refunds/
His investment bank pays companies who paid the tarrifs pennies on the dollar to get future rights to any repayment from the government in the event the tarrifs are overturned.
Say a company paid $10 million in tarrifs. Lutnick’s investment bank pays the company $3 million for the rights to the tarrifs. In the future, a court overturns the tarrifs, rulling them illegal. US government has to pay back the tarrifs to the companies that paid them. But Lutnick’s investment bank now owns the right to that $10 million. Thus, Lutnick’s investment bank gets $10 million. $7 million profit.
Lutnick is advocating for tarrifs while having an investment bank that is betting against the tarrifs. A scam is afoot, folks.
