I am fully willing to have rational conversations with maga, but after trying 100s of times and making no progress, i see no reason to continue with the olive branch. i would have better luck teaching my dog mandrin, than making maga see reason or have empathy.

I recall an infographic that I cant find at the moment. It showed congress as red, blue and purple over the decades, and he is spot on about the timing of congress splitting perfectly 50/50.

This is classic DNC as controlled opposition. DNC and RNC are the same thing.
Its time for a new progressive party. Its time to go scorched earth and tank every election untill they not only allow progressives in the DNC but actually embrace them. I think its the only way to get reverse citizens united.

Now days, politicians choose their interviewers and the choose the questions. There is no hard hitting interviews any more.
I dont know the right answer. I have no idea what i would do in that situation. These are uncertain times. Alot of americans will have to make tough decisions.
I guess we’ll see if americans really are as brave as we think and that we love democracy as much as we claim.
After 30 or 40 years in the military, all the generals care about is that sweet, sweet pension. They arent going to do any brave that might jeopardize that. They’ll let america be over run with facists as long as they can retire with benefits.
