The prisoners Bush had sent to Egypt were not sent from the US, they were sent from different countries that allowed extradition to Egypt. It was disgusting and abhorrent, but it isn’t the same thing as what we’re seeing now.
Flying people from the US to foreign prisons without due process is a blatant violation of the constitution.

When Ukraine surrendered their nuclear weapons the US promised to help protect them from Russia. It was our duty to help. To get the Ukraine funding passed it had to be bundled with assistance for Israel, or Republicans would not have voted for it.
Biden gave Ukraine $120 billion for defense against the invasion.
He gave $18 billion to Israel and $2 billion to Gaza.

It’s hardly in Russia’s interest for their sons to die, their equipment to explode, and their economy to crumble. It’s self destructive, which it has in common with capitalism, but worse than that it’s a genocide of the Ukrainian people.
Russia could foil all those plans by simply ceasing the invasion and going home.
There are people who are categorically opposed to forcefully compelling people, and many of them use the word ‘authoritarian’.
It can be a useful term, not all systems are equally authoritarian. It’s a spectrum.

In/out groups are natural, but the establishment of those groups on ‘racial’ lines is totally constructed. The concept of race itself doesn’t hold up to scrutiny, it’s a fixation on specific phenotypic traits.
Notice how racial bias is fixated on skin color while other phenotypic differences are largely ignored; people with different colored eyes or hair, different nose shapes, different hair textures, etc. 400 years ago skin tone was similarly trivial, but that changed with the rise of chattel slavery.

I can’t find any record of them bringing the planes back except for trump claiming it happened. Journalists seem to agree Israel completed their strike on a radar installation in retaliation for a missile fired right as the ceasefire was going into effect.
