  • Aight, now you need to figure out why this is the case. Real estate went up in value. Why is that?

Your country has a lot of capital. Like 550k euros per adult. In a country of 230 million adults or such. It’s all residing at top 1 to 10% because they live in USA for its legislature.

If you change the legislature then they’d flee to other parts of the world. Such as Ireland.

I’d say go and learn French and move to France. They have the highest taxes in the world. Bonjour Duolingo, comment çava?

  • Profit incentive seems to be important. I have no problem giving misinformation if you people can’t figure things out.

There’s a great answer that you folks could use to look at this subject.

You should ask yourselves why the situation is what it is. How it relates to other areas in the world.

    Do some research.

I’d do it, but you’d have to pay me and you don’t have any money 😬

  • America has a lot of culture, a worldwide dominant one.

The people there likely live good lives. With a median net wealth of 112k usd, which is higher than any region of the same size in the whole world.

In the EU we have a median net wealth of 77k usd. Adjusting purchasing power this somewhat becomes 114k USD.

So we live somewhat similar lives.

Our countries are post industrialisation. Even china is moving away from being industrialised, good, so that they can finally start breathing air again.

Now it’s the turn of India and south east Asia. Afterwards it will be Africa.

Until there’s no place left to develop. Until no generation is willing to do these industry jobs. Then we will increase our cost of living to having machines and AI do all of that work while we do services.

But god damn. We already have good fucking lives.

  • This idiot openly and publicly tried to buy the government. He doesn’t hide it, he thinks it’s the most normal thing. The politicians there don’t get paid by taxes, it’s quite obvious right? So why would he have to lie about it.

He was wrong, most people need to hear lies.

Everyone either is unaware that US politicians are only paid 1% by taxes or don’t know what that means.

    Whatever 🤷🏻‍♂️

Autistics often don’t see the point of lying

Your great grandfather lived in a place worse than the house I showed you. Batam in Indonesia is a pretty nice place. Been there, liked it quite a lot.

It’s not really housing material that is expensive. It’s labour, taxes and the land to build on.

The building land in my and my brother’s portfolio is valued at 400k euros. Just a piece of land. Good investment right? Belgium’s economy could have gone to utter shit the past few decades and it would be a worthless piece of land.

Can you force us to sell it? Perhaps. It’s used as a garden.

Imagine we put an apartment on it and have economic immigrants rent in it. Then randomly these economic immigrants would own the place?

Well, aight. Then I go to Switzerland and go rent a place and own it as well. I don’t think it will work out well. Basically it would halt globalisation and migration would no longer be viable.

Which sucks, because nobody here wants to have kids anymore.

You’re saying extremist things so you need to think them through.

Aight. Renting is outlawed. You can’t speculate on building land anymore. What happens now?

Developments halt because these people have a lower amount of capital. Lower amount of capital means lower economies of scale. Lower quality buildings. Worse for energy usage. Bad usage of space.
