The only reason they are caving on any of this is because they think they have already won somehow. If Trump says he has nothing to hide that means he’s hidden the truth.

As shitty of a situation this is, I can see this backfiring spectacularly. If they out any Democrats that were involved with Epstein it’s very likely they were all running around in all the same circles back in the day and could easily release any information they want when they have nothing to lose. If there’s one thing we’ve all learned about these scum of the earth it’s that they only care about themselves and absolutely love taking revenge on other people. I’m sure almost everyone that was ever involved with Epstein has dirt on someone else that was involved.

I mean, she is a better representation of what republicans and MAGA actually say they are. When you really dig in to what they believe they would never vote for Trump if they weren’t indoctrinated into a cult that he created. He’s literally against everything they stand for when you go past the surface but they are so blinded by owning the libs that they don’t see it anymore. Remember before the election last year and every republican, including voters, said that Trump was poison and that they would never support him again? They know this deep down even if they won’t admit it. They just either don’t care, want something out of it, or are genuinely blind to him fucking everyone over. MTG used to be one of the hardcore believers and I genuinely think was brainwashed and is slowly starting to realize it.

But to be clear, I still think she is a garbage human. I just believe that deep down this is the candidate they’d actually want if they weren’t so deep in the propaganda from their Dear Leader. She would actually do republican things and not just use it as a guise to become a dictator.

The difference between her and people like JD Vance, Marco Rubio, Lindsey Graham, and all the other republicans that called Trump dangerous back in the day is that MTG was a true believer. The ones that flip flopped as soon as Trump came back are only doing it because they are either scared or they have something to gain. MTG wasn’t just following orders like the rest of the cronies, she was just a useful idiot to them and is starting to realize that.

I still hate her with every fiber of my being and I don’t expect her to ever actually change, but I’d much rather have her redirect her anger towards the people that deserve it.

And who, exactly, is going to get paid to do that? Last I saw 75% of them were furloughed at the moment.

This is purely anecdotal, but I have been running into a lot of DNS issues over the past couple months where I work. 3 of the computers and even one of the laptops for remote work were having DNS issues that needed to be fixed. One even needed Windows reinstalled after fixing the DNS issue (Which was probably unrelated, but worth mentioning)

I’m honestly starting to think that the internet in general might be imploding. Not sure why, but replacing so many developers and programmers with AI might be responsible. Who knows, but it’s definitely very strange.

Look, I don’t believe that every republican voter I run into in the real world is a straight up Nazi. Half my family are republicans and, although pretty ignorant and dumb, are generally decent people. That being said, if you are a republican and find the need to defend this or act like it’s not a big deal, you are a literally associating with Nazis. It doesn’t matter what your politics are, the people that you think have your back are literal Nazis.

If you’re gonna lie at least make it believable. If he said one of his staffers put it up one day when he was out and he never noticed then that would actually be a believable story.

Just a reminder that Charlie Kirk was right in the middle in terms of age for these “kids” and said all the same things they do in public. He was probably in a similar group chat himself.

Some of these “kids” are older than Charlie Kirk. They were literally all in the same age range and demographic. This is the modern Republican party when you don’t include the old people.

I work for a pretty small company with only 15 employees so I’m not sure how big my impact will be, but we do have a lot of clients that are much larger companies and corporations. I will absolutely inquire within.

I think we are past the point of protests and need to start a general strike. I don’t care if we have to plan it around a certain date like the protests, it needs to be done. Hit them where it hurts, their wallets. And I know some of y’all are gonna say shit like “we’re so docile that we have to plan it and we’re not just out in the streets all day everyday so it’ll never work,” and you are absolutely right and it’s by design. Unfortunately we are still human and would rather keep ourselves and our families fed and housed and that’s exactly what they are taking advantage of here. But instead of complaining online that everyone else isn’t doing enough, we need to just work with what we have. And if we need to pick a date so people can get shit together, so be it.

Bitching about how things are and who’s at fault is never going to work when we need everyone. I don’t care if you are a regretful republican, non voter, or a democrat and I don’t care if it’s technically your fault, we need everyone. We are all fucked right now. And laughing at your fellow passengers on this sinking ship isn’t going to save you, we are all going down.

This is really what it’s all about, isn’t it? They’re literally all just a bunch of dudes that can’t handle the idea that some women don’t want to have sex with them and are taking their frustration out on everyone else. Little ol’ Stephen Miller probably got rejected a bunch in highschool so he turned into the “edgy” guy and proceeded to never grow up. The real health crisis they should be investigating is the epidemic of small dick energy.

I noticed that too. Got so many notifications on my phone with everything going up. I’m not necessarily saying its because of this, but it is very convincing.

There are so many things I find suspicious and annoying about this whole thing. For some reason, everyone all of a sudden thinks this man was a national hero while most people I meet in real life have never even heard of him. So many people, especially online and in the media, have been calling for violence after this and all at the same time (almost like it was coordinated with the bots and Russian trolls to go all out) and all with literally zero proof of why the shooter did what they did and who they were. And all of this happening around the same time as the Epstein birthday book while Charlie Kirk himself has been saying that he wanted it all released.

I do not condone this type of violence in any way whatsoever. I never liked this guy and he was human garbage, but this is not the answer.

However… I do not feel bad for him or his fans. I feel bad for his kids who had to witness it and will now grow up without a father and I would never wish that upon anyone. Unfortunately, when you base an entire career off of hate you’ll only get hate back. We’re talking about the same man that said school shootings and people dying from gun violence are necessary sacrifices. The same man that wanted to bail out the guy that assassinated two Democratic lawmakers. The same man that stopped talking about Epstein as soon as Trump came up.

I think political violence is disgusting and a slippery slope to so much worse, but I do not feel bad for this man for facing the consequences of his actions and hate.

I used to think back in the day that authoritarians couldn’t take over in the modern world because everyone knew better, especially in some western countries where they broke away from it and built entire countries based on rights and freedoms. I know it’s coming from a place of privilege and I always thought I took that into account when thinking about these kinds of situations, but I didn’t realize I could be that fucking wrong and in so many different ways. I didn’t realize that the reason why it’s able to happen was because every single company and institution, especially the ones that the people rely on, will literally do whatever the government wants without even second guessing it all in an effort to save their own ass. I didn’t realize it was naive to think people could be better than they used to be. I’d see things like the Civil Rights Movement in the US and women getting the right to vote as prime examples of how good people can be when they get together and that we we’re “growing up” as a global society despite its flaws and outliers.

This all disappoints me in a way that I have never been disappointed before and it genuinely makes me lose my faith in humanity in its entirety. And the fact that it’s all coming from the oldest generations in the world is so infuriating. They took their biases into the future and instead of learning from it they decided to teach the next generations to be shitty to each other all over again. The fact that we live in the information age apparently makes no fucking difference when people just ignore the information. Literally feels like there is a perpetual feeling of disappointment and anger that I feel with every fiber of my being and I don’t like that feeling. Sure, there are good people in the world and I love people and will always continue to do my best to make the world a better place, but I have absolutely no faith in humanity as a concept at this point. I feel like a tired old man at the age of 30.

How about you leave. Like, what are y’all even fucking doing anymore? You guys are more unpopular than you ever have been and it’s literally your own fault.

So they can actually read the room. Let’s hope they actually follow through and aren’t just lying to get votes, which is entirely possible.
