They did not lose the law suit but they were going to. They settled instead. A defamation lawsuit is easy to defend against if you have not blatantly lied, but it was so clear they lied they knew they had no chance. I believe they settled for the biggest monetary settlement ever for defamation. I also believe that’s why they let Tucker Carlson go.

To bad a good bit of tech engineers see themselves as rugged individuals, who are an eventual executives and are essential to the companies they work for. So they do nothing to help other workers because the they that would be “hurting themselves”.

Originally the retohric to elect Nazis was to blame the disabled that were a drain on society as well as the communists and leftists that were ruining the country.

Most people were Nazis in Germany because it got them a job. A lot of it was economics.

Edit: I am not excusing why they were Nazis. Does not matter why they became a Nazi or why they supported who they did. A lot of “common/average” Nazis beliefs started with economic reasons albeit at most times flawed and twisted logic.
