You could use a math trade software. Instead of putting in items just have everyone select each other’s names. Or you could just do a math trade where everyone enters an item and then everything gets randomly traded somewhat like a white elephant but anonymized.

The service is tftpd-hpa on Ubuntu. I did get 10.10.10.3 to work by putting :69 at the end 0.0.0.0 accepts all ip addresses attempting to connect to the server, not secure, but fine for a one off like this. I still can’t get the thing to connect to the server, but I did something at least.

I created dullsters.net just for just one community, it could be more if there were demand for dull content or another dull community wanted to come over, but I don’t have any plans to make it some big thing.

Attempting to get my lemmy instance going properly. Got it running on digital ocean but they don’t allow outgoing email and reccomend a third party service. I decided to try out Hetzner and am getting errors saying that docker compose isn’t installed when running the ansible script.
proxmox is pretty intuitive to use. You just have to make a lot of decisions to start with in regards to storage. I always go with one main drive with a partician for ZFS cache and at least two drives in the array for VMs that way if a drive fails everything is still good. Things get a little annoying if you’re trying to pass through hardware.
Just looking at their website makes me not want to use it because it doesn’t give any details as to what it actually is.

I think Trump was mad that his efforts to cheat in 2020 didn’t work like they did in 2016. I would not be surprised to find out that votes were lost or removed. Florida was reporting 95% like 2 hours after the polls closed? I think the Dems could have tried to contest results in many states, but the amount of time and money required to address everything would be unreasonable and would make them look like they’re just acting like Trump. I think they also wanted to avoid scotus setting some kind of precedent. I’m looking forward to the YouTube video essay in 20 years explaining it all.

I wouldn’t equate installing proxmox on an old pc to open heart surgery. It’s pretty basic stuff and you can follow guides on how to install services in a container or vm. People are interested in things like pihole, home assistant, arr stacks, nas, and better control over their network. It’s definitely not rocket surgery.
