I’m honestly not even sure why they used the “breathing” as hyperbole, because this is based on an actual vote where all the other western nations voted yes rather than abstaining. The vote is on making food a human right. Since food is just as necessary to live as breathing, all this “hyperbole” does is convince people that the US isn’t actually this evil, which it literally is.

If you’re playing D&D for not-the-combat you’re doing it wrong, basically every other RPG system handles that better
