This man makes your abuser uncomfortable = he is safe.

Even if he’s stonewalled, Zohran can truly put forward a message that this admin cannot ignore, even if nothing gets done. Nothing gets done because of Trump and he can totally spin that in the same way that no one blames the dems for the shutdown.

Vance doesn’t have nearly the amount of support or trust he needs. He’s sucked Trumps coat tails for far too long and every failing of this admin is being reflected onto him as much as Mango Mussolini.

Icons are critically important to a culture. The fact that people do have reverence for the institution of the White House is exactly why this imagry strikes a chord with us. It is an important institution and it absolutely reflects the priorities of the current administration (see the Carter-era solar panels).

That said, you hit the nail on the head. Let this administration show their true colors with how they dress up and use the most sacred building in the nation. Never call it anything less than the “Epstein Ballroom.”

The mission was overwatch and target identification. That much was obvious. The last 50min of the film was their plans not surviving contact with the enemy. Chaos, death, and clusterfuck are what separates war from every other human pasttime.

Ah, you’re close to the point. Their job is to collect paychecks from their benefactors while getting as close to those poll values as possible for the greatest amount of voters. Those priorities should be exactly flipped, and that is why we have Trump and Co.

To be clear, an indictment is a document that kicks of the lawsuit process: “I acuse you of breaking X laws because I can present Y evidence to a judge proving you did that. Therefore, I sue you. Signed, law firm.”

Because it is? Criminal suits are also lawsuits. The indictment is the first step in that process. Even in cases where there is no clear individual plantiff, the governing body (city, state, or nation) fills that role.

All cases are brought before and served by a judge, and in this case there would be no jury, just a review, on legal precident, whether the charges put forth by the indictment are accurate or relevant to the legal code’s stated therein.

Essentially, this is a lawsuit, just one based on precedent, which really is vibe-based and heavily depends on the judge assigned to the case. When there is no precedent or the legal justification is vague, a jury is also assigned.
