Hanta still exists, and within the US.
At least when I worked in Yellowstone in 2012, we were told that rodents and their droppings were considered bio hazards. Not the sweep it up kind, the contact the officials kind.

So, we know Musk smokes weed.
Now, I’m a medical patient in my state, which carries exemptions for employment with THC in your system. However, this does not extend to federal jobs or federally contracted workers.
So why the FUCK does this nepo baby bitch get a pass for a federally illegal drug and get billions in contracts and shit?
If justice strikes with inequality, it is not justice.
Though, I’ve been aware the system is bullshit since childhood, so, no big surprises there.
Note: Legalize it, tax it like any other vice, profit. Stop ruining people’s lives over a plant that grows almost anywhere.

But a failed shitty product is right in line with Trump about as far back as it goes.

Doesn’t work. Sorry.
Trump is team (diet) Coke, and Taco Bell is owned by Yum Brands, which is owned by Pepsi.
Now if it came with its “own” Diet Trump Cola, maybe. The cup could have a depiction of Don Taco thin/muscular, you know, how he sees himself in a mirror

If I could drive in the snow, and deal with the snow, and the rest of the winter wonderland I’m not at all accustomed to, I would have been in Canada a long time ago.
Forget the names, look at ALL the tools.
Thanks, bookmarked. I don’t have a group right now, but that is damn handy.
My bad, sorry, Ozzy.
Don’t get me wrong, respect for both Dio and Iommi for their contributions to the genre as a whole, but I was speaking specifically of Ozzy in this case.
I mean, his later solo stuff takes a lot of cues from classical music.
I used him a LOT in a classical music appreciation class in college.
At the end, I was asked why I didn’t take the other music appreciation class - rock?
Because it was only offered at 7am. Really counterintuitive for the crowd who grew up on “I wanna rock and roll all night, and party every day!” You can’t do that with a 7am class.
A man walks up to a table with four chairs, and sits down with three nazis.
What do you have now? Four nazis.

I’m tired of all the once in a life time disasters that seem to keep happening over and over…

No no, some people have to learn from their own mistakes.
You tell a toddler to not reach up and touch the stove because a burner might be hot. You don’t tell a 25 year old man not to touch a burner - by that age they should have either learned from extrapolating data about the world, from their childhood experience, or someone else’s experience. Regardless, at a certain point, you just let morons burn their fingers.

We (The US) don’t have the gestapo. Our fascists wear uniforms and badges.

It was suppose to be a cautionary tale, not a fucking guide book.

I don’t speak French, nor have I ever wanted to learn.
The French got a lot of shit after WW2, but that was a long time ago.
That being said, the French sure knew how to throw a revolution. More recent events over there involved less guillotines, but they still gathered as a people to make themselves heard.

Eh, the age of majority has been a sham for a long time.
You can get drafted to die for your country in some god-forsaken land, but if you survive to go home you can’t grab a beer.
I’m not saying the drinking age should be lowered, but be consistent.

That reminds me of a trip to Vegas with some friends.
Outside our hotel was the PBR bar.
So we thought, hell yeah, drink some shitty cheap beer in the sun before we walk down the strip to… whatever.
Nope, Professional Bull Riding bar.
I don’t recall what I ate (that would a trend for the trip, I was hung over for a week after I got home) but I remember it was pretty tasty.

I came in to say I don’t tend to follow news on republicans who aren’t directly fucking up my life, but this sounds about par for the course for the dipshit-elect.
Age was never a factor to me.
Bernie is, for America, VERY left of status quo democrats. I’d like to see that, even for four years.
I would have fought tooth and nail to vote for Bernie Sanders.
As it stood, we moved during the voting period. The wife and I were registered neither in our home state or our new state and couldn’t vote. Where we moved was deep red and it wouldn’t have mattered, but I would have liked to give a formal middle finger to the dipshit-elect.
I mean, there was a dude with some blood disorder who wasn’t aware he had an issue because he routinely donated to blood banks.
The treatment for his condition was literally blood letting as we understand it. He only found out about the issue after he “retired” from donating blood because he was getting older.
