Most people do not care about (and do not want to care about) anything under the broad topic of “politics”.

People are way too focused on change at the federal level. You need to start small and local, building groups that can create the grassroots support actual leaders will need to get elected.

I’m in a union that is about 70% women. A woman leads the union. Women get special delegates to the general meeting as do other minorities. You cannot criticize this without getting into some trouble.

I’m a lefty and I cannot safely discuss this. It’s very frustrating.
