Just because there are a few pundits or republican political figures yelling about it, doesn’t mean that carries any political weight or power, most of it is lip-service to the people who are already adherently locked into the GOP and just want to feel like they’re “challenging power” and are already moving on, self-satisfied. Trump owns the judicial branch of our FEDERAL FUCKING GOVERNMENT, he will never face charges, crimes or impeachment over Epstein or anything else. At this point, talking about Epstein is serving him, not hurting him, because he’s allowing his admin to go full Reichstag right now and doing far, far more harm to our country than we can fix by crying about “law” right now.
Republicans are busy turning this country into the western North Korea at the moment. But I’m sure they’ll reach across the aisle to help release incriminating evidence against their guy any day now.
