      The poll, however, isn’t all bad news for Trump: 51 percent approve of his approach to immigration, but his handling of the federal budget, healthcare, and foreign affairs continue to draw widespread disapproval.

      Because racist people care more about being racist than anything else.

        It’s not right to say that all of his supporters are racists, many of them are for sure. But he also has the demographic of the stupid locked in.

      The amount of low-information voters who uncritically just accepted he is a great businessman is truly depressing.

      They’ve grown up with The Apprentice and Trump himself repeating how great a businessman he is so it will take a lot to deprogram that.

  4. No manipulating votes via bots or alt accounts; this will result in permanent bans. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
