Is there an OS or software around that could run LIKE a Google tv, firestick, etc? I have an Onno Google tv (it’s just Walmart’s brand) but it’s slow. I like using a remote, but if I could throw a mini pc or something small and only use the remote to interact with it after setup that’d be ideal.

In all the media I’ve seen the arms basically just stay in place, half bent.

Even if people believe that (and I know they do 🙄) that then gives you a niche for a private business to fill. City store always busy? This private store is more expensive but you don’t have to wait in line as long. People will pay that difference to save time, especially in NYC.
